These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with the Voltage (“the app”) software application and associated services operated by Intrinsic Software Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any of our services.

Your access to and use of the Service depends on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, and you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Content

The app allows you to view, create, and store text, and other content. You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Account

We do not manage an account in “the app” as your data is stored locally on your device and synced with your Apple iCloud account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Intrinsic Software Ltd, and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without first obtaining the written consent of Intrinsic Software Ltd.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Intrinsic Software Ltd.

Intrinsic Software Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Intrinsic Software Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Intrinsic Software Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, including negligence, or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

We are not licensed to provide medical care or advice and thus the app does not claim to replace professional medical advice or diagnose, treat or manage any illness or medical condition. Consult a professional before taking any action regarding your medical health with this app.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, all the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Intrinsic Software Ltd regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements between you and Intrinsic Software Ltd.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, and at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, without notice, and in our sole discretion. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of Service or the entire Service.

Pro In-App-Purchase/ Subscription

Pro is a service that unlocks various features of the app.

The app may present multiple in-app-purchase/ subscription options, for exmaple, monthly or yearly subscriptions, or a one-time payment option. We reserve the right to alter the options available for payment and the payment amounts at any time, and at our sole discretion. The App Store will automatically communicate to any customer impacted by a price increase that a change is scheduled to occur. Depending on certain criteria, customers will either be notified or asked to consent before renewing at a higher price. Please see the Apple App Store in-app-purchase terms for more details.

While we try to ensure the continued operation of services, we cannot make any guarantee regarding future access to the service, and thus access to free or paid features, or the entire app may cease at any time without notice.

Payment will be charged to iTunes App Store upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the original cost. Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes App Store Account Settings after purchase. Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us.

Acknowledgement

By using service or other services provided by us, you acknowledge that you have read these terms of service and agree to be bound by them.
